1. How do I place my order?

To check the current status of your order, simply enter your Order Number in the box space at the top right corner of the website. Also, when your order is shipped, you receive an email and a message on the registered information.
4. Are there any hidden costs on purchase? Do you have warranty on your products?
None. There are no hidden cost while you buy from us. The final cost is mentioned at the payment page and you shall have to pay nothing more than that. All our products are tested before packaging and thus there remains no question of defective product. In case the CDs/DVDs do not function properly, we completely replace the product. Once installed on the system, the product warranty vanishes.
5. How do I cancel my order?
Email us the Order Number along with the reason of cancellation. We will surely cancel the order once we find the reason is valid. The cancellation of prepaid or COD orders will happen only within 3 hours of purchase. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, we consider it a non-returnable item.

Yes, you can. We will keep your cart saved with us. The selected items will not be removed unless you manually remove those. However, we do not guarantee the stock availability of the product and hence advice you to place the order at the earliest.
