1. How can I know the status of my order(s)?

Please click on "Track My Order" at the bottom of the home page. You will be able to see the exact status of the order placed.

2. Why have I not received my product yet?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. You can know the exact status of your order once you click on "Track My Order" at the bottom of the home page.

3. What is the difference between shipping time and delivery time?

Shipping refers to packing and shipment of your order. You will find a shipping timeline on the products displayed on our site (E.g. Ships within 5 days). This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end. The delivery may take few more days depending on the address and the courier company used.

4. How does Practiceguru.in pack items?

All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic/bubble wrap.

5. What if I find my package opened or tampered upon delivery?

Please don't accept an open or tampered package. Notify us of the same on helpdesk.practiceguru@gmail.com.
